Our North Carolina Equity Fellowship is part of our mission to make schools and educators more culturally a昀케rming and
equitable in practice and approach. The objective of the fellowship is to develop leaders who are equipped to reverse the trends of racial

Involved: Parents’ Power in Special Education (Miles); Creative Justice Lab (Moore-Felix); The Power of Us: Radical Witnessing and
Educator Narratives as Justice Praxis (Ouedraogo- Thomas).
